Delete an inbox item or undo that

Soft delete: `archived: true` hides the item from every inbox list and count; `false` brings it back. Works for `chat`, `feedback_thread`, `feedback` and `contact`; ideas are approved, rejected or marked handled instead (400). A new end-user message brings a deleted conversation back. Requires `feedback:write`.
