Overview

The SeggWat mobile app lets you triage feedback, track analytics, and manage feature requests directly from your iPhone. It's designed for product managers and team leads who need to stay on top of user feedback without opening the dashboard.

Installation

Download SeggWat Triage from the App Store.

Requires iOS 17.0 or later.

Sign In

The app uses the same account as the SeggWat dashboard. Sign in with your email address, then verify with a one-time password (OTP) or passkey.

  1. Open the app and enter your email
  2. Complete verification (OTP code sent to your email, or use a passkey)
  3. Select a project from your organizations

Your session persists across app restarts. To switch projects, go to Settings and tap your current project.

Features

Home Dashboard

The home screen gives you an overview of your selected project:

  • Feedback count with month-over-month comparison
  • Status breakdown showing New, Active, Assigned, and other states
  • Recent feedback for quick review
  • Notification badge for unread notifications

Feedback Inbox

Browse and triage all feedback for your project:

  • Filter by status (New, Active, Assigned, Hold, Closed, Resolved) and type (Bug, Feature, Praise, Question, Improvement, Other)
  • Search feedback by text
  • Swipe right to progress status (New → Active → Assigned → Resolved)
  • Swipe left to archive or close
  • Tap to view full details including screenshots, version info, and page path

Feature Ideas

Track and prioritize feature requests from your users:

  • Sort by votes to see what users want most
  • Update status through the lifecycle: Pending → Open → Planned → Started → Completed
  • Add admin responses and tags
  • Link related feedback items

Messages

Review contact form submissions:

  • View name, email, subject, and message
  • Track status: New → Read → Replied → Archived

Insights & Analytics

Dive into your feedback data with built-in analytics:

  • Feedback trends: Volume over time with type and status distribution
  • Page insights: Which pages generate the most feedback
  • Helpful ratings: Thumbs up/down percentages
  • Star ratings: Average score and distribution chart
  • NPS scores: Promoter, passive, and detractor breakdown
  • Churn analytics: Cancellation reasons and monthly trends (requires Polar or Stripe integration)

Filter all analytics by timeframe: 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or all time.

Notifications

Stay informed about activity on your projects:

  • View all notifications in the Notification Center
  • Unread count badge updates automatically
  • Mark individual notifications or all as read

The app is available in English, German, and Swedish.
