Let the votes make the argument
Every idea carries a vote count, and the board sorts by it. Voting can be anonymous, or tied to an identified user when you need to know exactly who is waiting on something — which turns a vote count into a follow-up list. From idea to shipped, without a second tool
An idea moves Open → Planned → Started → Completed, and the planned and started items are your public roadmap — no separate roadmap to keep in sync, because it is the same board. When you ship, announce it in the changelog (Atom feed and reactions included) and record the version the idea landed in.
